Sepp- I have yet to watch the DNC yet. I have them all on DVR. Hope to get to them soon. I still haven't watch Romney's acceptance speech either though. To damn busy.
I'll be a buzzkill and tell you what I know of Obama's speech...since 2 minutes into it, I had to switch off the radio due to the overload of "I love myself" crap that was too much to listen to.
However, AFTER the Obama speech, every talking head from every network was praising...drum roll...Clinton's speech and saying how Clinton upstaged Obama to the max.
Which pretty much summed things up...the democrats want another Clinton but, Obama isn't even close.
Hell, even some GOP'ers I know are ready for another Clinton as a breath of fresh air after 4 years of Obama!
In the meantime, the closest thing to Clinton is going to be Romney whether people like that or, not.
Obama blew it.
The first black president was a shitbag marxist and sadly, for all the actual black guys out there who DO have some leadership ability...Obama has cast his mark on them.
Allen West being the obvious exception to that since he has a record of leadership and the principles to back them up on display everyday.
4 years of failure can't just be dismissed as "Bush's fault" any better than 4 more years of failure can be.
Policy. When your policy scares job creators and investors, it becomes the policy maker's fault.
Now, how could Obama have done better?

I think people could hear that and...forgive it.
but, instead we've heard an endless drama of...Bush's fault...I inherited...worse than the depression...and...Bush's fault again.
As if 4 years in office, it was impossible to clear regulation instead of creating more of it and, setting a pro-growth plan in place that didn't change 1 day later or, be comprimised by his own appointed cabinet members and department heads.
IE, when you say you're going to clear the way for businesses...
and, your own EPA head stops it...
It's no longer Bush's fault or, the Repubilican's fault or, the weather's fault...it's YOUR fault!
For almost 4 years, Obama has been president of the United States...and his uber-leftist appointees have been his greatest undoing...while following HIS orders!
If I open up drilling to a certain area and, MY appointee kills it...
well, it's MY fault for NOT replacing that person for NOT following MY agenda as president.
Obama has had the luxury of pretending that everything HIS cabinet kills off that would have resulted in jobs can be blamed on Bush for 4 years...without even changing any Bush policies!
His base is so stupid that they haven't even noticed that 90% of Bush's policies...are what Obama has been running with!
